I modified Andreas Gustafsson's egypt program to support C++. The program uses gcc and dot to generate call graphs. You can check out my version here.

Not to shit on your parade, but this reminds me of something we have in common:

Hacking around bugs in other people's code, that we decide to interface to, like a couple of idiots who've drank the kommunal koolaid:

You hack around Java AWT dnd in frames:
http://www.kimbly.com/code/dnd/

I hack around some shizzle in a goddamn right-click popup:
http://mini.net/tcl/3713

What the fuck are we doing man?

You're a smart guy, and I'm not as dumb as a box of rocks, so what the hell are we doing?

It's high time to give up on the API's of Soddom and Gommorah and start coding our own shit completely.

I spent a few years thinking about a project that never made any progress (autoimpl). It's depressing not to make any progress after so long. So in the last year or so I've decided to take a different tack: I hack around on little stuff, and if something takes my interest, then maybe I'll write something more substantial. At the moment, though, merely having any output whatsoever is gratifying, even if it's dinky.

And, by the way, I'm not a guy :)
