Windows NT Uses Prolog

Apparently Windows NT has an embedded Prolog interpreter, for network configuration. (Via LtU).

horrible. EVIL. *WRONG* moments like these i wish i had an orbiting "laser" platform. no wonder it had so many network problems.

wait. what am i saying? the fireware on my beloved mac is an embedded forth interpreter.

is there some law that says when you have a successful enough operating system, you have to embed some weird old language interpreter into it?

I am sorry but I didn't quite catch your drift. What is wrong with using Prolog here?

Using the best tool for the job seems like a sound strategy to me.
