Iraq was nothing compared to this. 4.7 million people dead over the last four years, due to the civil war in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. 90% of the deaths due to starvation or disease. Apparently both sides are being funded by Rwanda, suggesting that Rwanda may be causing disorder in order to justify invading the country.
