Dallas is different from Boston. I had never seen a truth fish before coming here. Another interesting sighting was a truck with "Holy Ghost Fire Ministries International" printed on its door. In red, of course. And I don't remember ever hearing of a car sale completely dedicated to "hail-damaged cars" before. I assume that this last is not a mere fluke, since I've heard of two of these sales within only six hours, plus another sale that claimed they discounted their cars "even more than a hail-damaged car".
Then of course there's the fact that everything is much flatter here. And the temperature is in the eighties. But since I was expecting that, it's not as striking.
